Floral City Returns & Freshness Policy (UK)
1. Fresh Flower Guarantee
At Floral City, we take pride in sourcing the freshest flowers. We guarantee our fresh bouquets for a minimum of 5 days from the date of delivery, provided that care instructions (e.g., cutting stems, changing water) are followed.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Action: Send an email to floralcitystudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the bouquet, including the packaging.
Resolution: If deemed valid, we will offer a replacement only.
3. Returns on Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items (e.g., vases, gifts), you must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt (as per UK consumer law). Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Exceptions and Exclusions
Perishable Nature: Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns simply because the recipient does not like the arrangement, colour, or scent.
Care Neglect: We cannot refund flowers that have wilted due to lack of water, direct sunlight, or improper care.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute flowers with a similar "look" and value without prior consultation due to seasonal availability.
5. Cancellations
Orders for fresh flower bouquets can be cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations requested after this time may not be eligible for a refund due to stock procurement.
